Commercial Terms & Service Agreement
- Pricing Structure: The basic access subscription tier is fixed at exactly PKR 5,000 per month.
- Advance Commitment: Initialization or maintenance activation requires a mandatory payment of 2 months advance deposit.
- Annual Escalation Rate: Upon completion of every continuous 12-month calendar cycle, a standard increment of 10% will be automatically applied to the base subscription price configuration.
- Automated Data Delivery Engine: The system systematically compiles and delivers your operational transaction summaries via email automatically on a daily, monthly, and yearly frequency in your preferred document archetype format (Excel Spreadsheet / Adobe PDF Matrix).
Critical Liability Clarification Node: AJ Nodes operates strictly under a client-managed server maintenance policy. If you intentionally drop out, abandon, or escape the operational execution phase of this live deployment, the company **will not be held responsible for system backup maintenance, restoration procedures, or localized cold data recovery**.

- سبسکرپشن فیس کا ڈھانچہ: بنیادی استعمال کی فیس مستقل طور پر پچیس سو روپے یعنی 5,000 PKR فی مہینہ مقرر ہے۔
- ایڈوانس ادائیگی کی شرط: سسٹم چالو رکھنے یا انسٹالیشن کے لیے 2 ماہ کی ایڈوانس فیس جمع کروانا لازمی ہے۔
- سالانہ فیس میں اضافہ: ہر ایک سال (12 ماہ) کی مدت مکمل ہونے کے بعد، بنیادی ماہانہ فیس کی رقم میں %10 فیصد خودکار اضافہ لاگو کیا جائے گا۔
- خودکار رپورٹنگ اور ڈیٹا ڈلیوری: آپ کی تمام کاروباری سرگرمیوں، ریکارڈز اور لیجرز کی یومیہ (Daily)، ماہانہ (Monthly)، اور سالانہ (Yearly) رپورٹس آپ کی پسند کے مطابق ایکسل (Excel) یا پی ڈی ایف (PDF) فارمیٹ میں خودکار طور پر آپ کے ای میل ایڈریس پر بھیج دی جائیں گی۔
بیک اپ اور ڈیٹا کی ذمہ داری کا اہم نوٹس: اگر صارف اس پراجیکٹ کو ادھورا چھوڑ دیتا ہے، یا واجبات ادا نہ کرنے کی صورت میں پراجیکٹ سے دستبردار (Escape) ہو جاتا ہے، تو پراجیکٹ کا ڈیٹا یا بیک اپ برقرار رکھنے کی کمپنی **قطعاً کوئی ذمہ دار نہیں ہوگی**، اور نہ ہی ڈیٹا ریکوری کا کوئی کلیم قبول کیا جائے گا۔
